In October, our volunteer efforts were centered on raising awareness and funds for the American Cancer Society, championing their mission to create a world without cancer.
To inspire participation, the American Cancer Society launched a virtual challenge: pledge to run 100 miles during the month of October. These challenges unite people around a common goal, spark conversations, and encourage donations from friends and family. Every mile completed helps raise money and awareness in the fight against cancer, and 100% of proceeds go directly to the American Cancer Society.
We’re proud to share that one of our employees not only accepted the challenge but surpassed it! More than 100 miles were logged, and over $200 in donations were raised to support cancer research and patient programs.
A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who contributed to this meaningful cause. Together, we’re building a movement for a world without cancer, making a difference, one step at a time.
As we move into November, our focus shifts to supporting the Central Texas Food Bank for Thanksgiving.
